Fruit Custard/Cream

Fruit Custard/Cream

4 cups milk
6 tbsp custard powder
0.5 cup sugar or to taste

Mix the sugar and custard powder into 1/4 cup of the milk. Bring the rest of the milk to a boil. Lower the heat and add the sugar and custard solution.

Mix well and let it come to a boil again, stirring all the time so that it does not scorch. After it comes to a boil again, take it off the heat and let it cool.

Cut the fruit and add a little sugar to it.

When the custard is cool put the fruit at the bottom layer. Cover it with the custard and refrigerate to chill.

Note: In case you want Fruit Cream, replace custard with chilled and sweetened cream.
