Subz Pakoda (Batter Fried Vegetables)
Ingredients:
250 gm onions
250 gm egg plant
250 gm cauliflower
250 gm potatoes
500 gm gram flour
12.5 gm red chilli powder
12.5 gm turmeric
7.5 gm crushed cumin
5 gm soda bi-carb
oil for deep frying
chaat masala
Method:
Slice all the vegetables into thin slices.
Make a thick batter with water, flour, red chilli powder, cumin, turmeric, salt and soda bi-carb.
Coat each slice with the batter and deep fry.
Sprinkle with chaat masala and serve with ketchup or chutney.
